TOGETHER, WE’RE BUILDING
A HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Harper’s incredible journey and her own fight against cancer sparked the idea for something extraordinary: Harper’s Home.

Today, Harper’s Home is a 501(c)(3) that provides cozy, caring, and affordable short-term housing for families with a child in treatment at Duke Children’s.

Navigating a diagnosis and treatment for your child is hard enough — finding housing to stay with them shouldn’t be.

This is where you come in: Every penny counts.

Are you willing to donate to help a family in need stay together during their child’s treatment?

0%+
More than half of the kids in extended treatment at Duke Children’s come from 50+ miles away
0 minutes
These children must get to the ER within 30 minutes if they spike a neutropenic fever, which requires more than half of the families receiving care to find a temporary place to stay nearby, rather than in their own homes

This is the estimated cost to build our community of 8 housing units to keep more families together. No one should have to choose between bankruptcy or chemotherapy for their child

With your help, here’s what we can do

Together we can help more kids like Harper
Stay With their Families While they battle
cancer
and
other potentially fatal illnesses.
